Our Bootcamp Kickboxing classes are suitable for most Levels of fitness.
Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace, be it slow and steady or Hardcore Punching and Kicking. This is not an aerobics class!! No dancy choreography....just hard work and Proper execution of kickboxing techniques to get the heart pumping!!

Class format includes:

Warm-up
Technique rehearsal
Bag/circuit
Cool down
Abs
Stretch
